1. TCT/CCT in the name of borrower with propert mortgage annotation in favor of HDMF (Owner's Duplicate Copy)
2. Certified true copy of TCT/CCT in the name of borrower with proper mortgage annotation in favor of HDMF (RD's copy)
3.Certified True Copy of title for the Lot free from any lien and/or encumbrances duly signed by the Register of Deeds (for condominium, ask the title number of the lot where the building is located and get a copy from register of deeds)
4.Photocopy of New Tax Declaration and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt in the name of borrower.
5.Deed of Absolute Sale duly registered with Registry of Deeds with original RD stamp (all pages certified by RD) the amount of which must not less than the amount approved.
6. Loan and Mortgage Agreement duly registered with Register of Deeds bearing the original RD stamp (Indicate the new TCT No on LMA prior to mortgage anotation)
7. Duly accomplished/Notarize Promissory Note
8.Proof of payment of upgraded/updated monthly contribution( from the date of Notice of Approval up to Loan take-out)
9.Proof of latest billing address
10. 12 months post dated checks of the borrower or Collection Servicing Agreement between HDMF and your employer if amortization is thru salary deduction
You have 90 days to submit the requirments from the reciept of the notice of approval, if you cant submit it give letter of extension to Pag Ibig.
